Job Summary
The Partnerships Associate supports Waves For Water Philippines in strengthening donor engagement, facilitating partnership operations, and driving data-informed storytelling that showcases program impact. This role assists with preparing reports and presentations, and ensures smooth coordination across internal teams, donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders. The position is open to strong fresh graduates with demonstrated leadership or extensive extracurricular involvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and manage data systems, spreadsheets, and reports to track partnership performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
• Strategic Storytelling: Analyze partnership data to craft compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations, ensuring messaging aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and values
• Operational Support: Manage schedules, meetings, and processes to streamline partnership operations and ensure timely completion of key milestones
• Stakeholder Management: Support smooth and consistent communication and relationship-building with donors, LGUs, corporate partners, community champions, and internal teams to ensure alignment across partnership initiatives
• Research & Insights: Conduct research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide recommendations that strengthen existing and emerging partnerships
• Adaptive Execution: Manage a diverse range of tasks with flexibility and efficiency, adjusting strategies as needed and ensuring alignment with the Country Director and Communications & Partnerships Unit
