● You are a visionary, versatile, and low-ego leader. You bring at least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years at a director level, in relevant roles leading high-impact initiatives and organisations, ideally in the Asia regional context.
● You are a skilled and well-networked stakeholder manager with the ability to raise funds, forge relationships, and build trust with diverse audiences. You have a deep understanding of the regional gender equity landscape, and the ability to navigate it. 4

You communicate and connect across cultural and regional differences, and operate from a place of deep respect for others.

You ensure that roles are clear, set clear success metrics, and develop others to realise their full potential.
