Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant, Clinical Operations (Permanent)

Dispensing and packing medications according to prescriptions
Facilitating delivery agent pickups
Restocking medications
Ad hoc dispensary tasks as required

Clinical Operations Executive:

Upholding dispensing accuracy, medication handling and quality control protocols
Scheduling medication deliveries
Managing and liaising with courier partners
Overseeing dispensary team
Dispensing and packing medications according to prescriptions
Facilitating delivery agent pickups
Ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma, GCE 'A' or 'O' or ‘N’ levels, fresh graduates are welcome
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Relevant experience in packing roles or in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
Open to working staggered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
