Wise Steps Foundation is hiring—on behalf of our co-brand, Tusha.

Tusha is looking for a creative and driven Product Development Consultant.

Do you have a knack for turning ideas into reality? Tusha, a brand that crafts unique HORECA amenities from sustainable Plana wood, is seeking a talented Product Development Consultant to lead our innovation efforts. This is a part-time position reporting to our Manager.

Responsibilities

Research market trends and develop new product ideas that align with our brand.
Create detailed product designs and specifications for our artisans.
Source reliable and skilled artisans to bring product designs to life.
Coordinate with the Product Operations team to ensure products are made to your specifications.
Ensure all finished products meet our high-quality standards.

Qualifications

A creative thinker with an eye for design and a strong understanding of market trends. You should be proactive, able to work independently, and have excellent coordination skills. Experience in product design, market research, or a related field is highly desirable.
