- Work closely with project finance officer based in Phnom Penh for budget arrangement, advance and clearance of project operation expenses.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for provincial office for reporting to project finance officer-based in Phnom Penh
- Monitor and manage financial transactions conducted by field staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and donor compliance
- Support in reviewing expense and reports submitted by field staff, ensuring all expenditures are justified and properly documented
- Assist field staff in preparing and managing project budgets, providing guidance on budget allocation and expenditure tracking.
- Conduct regular budget reviews with field staff to ensure financial resources are being used effectively and efficiently.
- Compile and consolidate financial reports from field staff, ensuring timely and accurate submission to finance team based in Phnom Penh.
- Oversee cash disbursements and advances to field staff, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation of cash transactions.
- Monitor cash handling procedures to minimize risk and ensure accountability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to field staff to support effective program planning and execution
- Travel to the filed to support field staff on logistic related and expenditure occur in the field

- Support in purchasing/procurement requirement of the project based in the province.
- Support in preparing procurement plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Collaborate with project staff to ensure logistical arrangements align with project schedules and requirements.
- Provide logistical support during field missions, workshops, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
