Description of the mission

The Role

This is primarily a managing and marketing role with two key focus areas:

  1. EFN Website & Marketing (Primary): Driving consumer awareness, traffic, and bookings for EFN member venues.
  2. Network & Stakeholder: Formalizing the network agreement, managing member engagement, and supporting venue transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the EFN consumer-facing website to Thai and international travellers
  • Manage SEO, social media, content, and digital campaigns; track and report on KPIs
  • Engage tourism platforms, travel media, and partners to expand EFN's reach
  • Lead the development and finalization of the EFN network agreement (MOU)
  • Facilitate member consensus on welfare principles and strengthen network governance
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies and tourism bodies
  • Deliver at least one annual EFN strategy forum
  • Manage the project budget and support fundraising efforts as needed
  • Provide supporting input to the elephant venue transition pipeline

Profile

Who We Are Looking For

  • 7–10 years' experience in project management, network coordination, or program management
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, consumer outreach, SEO, or campaign management
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering against KPIs
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, including government and industry partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Thai is an advantage)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment

Note: Animal welfare expertise is not required — technical knowledge will be provided by the team. We are hiring for management and marketing strength.
