➔ Description of the mission

🧾 Accounting & Finance

  • Supervise the preparation, review, and posting of journal entries, invoices, and payments.
  • Review and reconcile monthly financial statements, schedules, and reports.
  • Oversee payroll preparation, benefits computation, and statutory remittances (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Manage cash flow and monitor fund utilization for operational and project needs.
  • Review and ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies for filings and submissions.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and financial analysis for decision-making.

👥 Human Resources

  • Oversee recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee files, timekeeping records, and performance documentation.
  • Monitor leave credits, attendance, and compliance with company HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in policy drafting, HR process improvement, and compliance with labor standards.

🏢 Administration

  • Supervise the Admin Associate in office operations, supply inventory, and maintenance.
  • Review and approve administrative expense requests, reimbursements, and procurement.
  • Manage office documentation, including contracts, permits, and renewals.
  • Supervise the Admin Associate in logistics for meetings, company events, and external engagements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for daily operational needs.

🔄 Shared Services

  • Conduct financial and legal due diligence and accounting assessments for new and ongoing projects to ensure sound financial and regulatory standing.
  • Coordinate with the Project Department on budget preparation, expense monitoring, and fund utilization, ensuring alignment with company policies, accounting standards, and project contract terms.
  • Provide legal, tax, and compliance assistance to project teams, ensuring adherence to government regulations and internal financial controls.
  • Communicate proactively with management and project leads regarding financial performance, risk indicators, and budget variances to support strategic decision-making.

➔ Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Business Administration.

At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to HR and administrative functions.

Proficient in Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting systems.

Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation, payroll, and government compliance.

Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multi-department coordination.
