Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Program Manager to help execute the WWF Plastic Smart Cities Incubation Program by xchange. You will work closely with xchange directors, subject matter experts, logistics suppliers, and project stakeholders. This role involves field work for supplier identification, contracting, document coordination, and support with presentations and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Support:

  • Assist in executing the incubation program.
  • Coordinate with xchange directors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.

Supplier Management:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Handle contracting with suppliers and ensure document compliance (invoices, BIR forms, etc.)

Logistics Coordination:

  • Work with logistics suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in organizing events and workshops.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Help prepare presentations and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and contracts.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external parties.
  • Organize meetings and workshops.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or supplier management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an incubation or startup environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement and contracting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
