
Main Responsibilities / Duties
- Coordinate the planning, preparation, and implementation of project activities in Papua
- Coordinate the field activities of the project
- Assisting the project manager to ensure the project timelines and milestones are met
- Maintain a strong relationship with project partners, local communities, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits to assess the project implementation
- Prepare, develop and manage Annual Work Plans and Budgets under Project Manager Supervision
- Review monitoring reports to assess key milestones and identify sources of potential bottlenecks in project implementation.
- Assist the project manager in managing project budgets and resources
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager

- Project plans and schedules
- Regular progress and monitoring reports
- Documentation of meetings and workshops
- Data collection, data analysis, and data interpretation regarding the project
- Successful implementation of project activities as per the project plan
