Key Responsibilities:

Designing and facilitating the learning process for students in accordance with the values, vision, mission, and alternative education curriculum of Yayasan KDM.
Enhancing and developing students' academic abilities, work skills, talents, interests, and self-worth.
Monitoring and evaluating the improvement of students' knowledge, skills, and personal quality.
Preparing reports on students' knowledge, abilities, and personal development along with recommendations for their further growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Associate’s (D3), Bachelor’s (D4/S1) degree in any field
Teaching experience is preferred
Creative, disciplined, and well-organized
Interested and capable of working with children and teenagers, with a strong passion for education
Physically and mentally healthy
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
