Let's join as a Conservation Acquisition Representative (Fundraiser) who plays an important role as the frontline of the Nature Conservancy Indonesia (YKAN) in introducing nature conservation programs to the wider community and inviting at least one supporter (donor) every day to support YKAN's nature conservation activities in the ongoing individual donation program. In conducting fundraising, the Conservation Acquisition Representative works professionally in public spaces in accordance with the code of ethics.
Specifically, the Duties Include
- Recruiting a minimum of one sustainable donor every day.
- Achieving agreed targets with a scheduled plan.
- Providing regular reports to the Team Leader (TL).
- Building good relationships and providing clear information to potential donors.
- Conducting face-to-face promotion of YKAN programs.
- Continuously improving skills with daily training.
