What You'll Actually Do
- Set up meetings, send invites, write agendas — and follow through.
- Take meeting notes that actually make sense (no boring transcripts, just key actions).
- Keep team calendars updated. Be the gentle (or not-so-gentle) reminder.
- Clean up and organize our Google Drive like a pro.
- Make sure people do what they said they’d do.
- Help handle basic admin tasks for Ignite Camp and team projects.
- Send important messages & emails — clear, sharp, and respectful.
What We’re Looking For
- You're a systems thinker — you create structure from mess.
- You enjoy making lists, managing time, and keeping everyone aligned.
- Strong writing skills in both English & Bahasa (brief, direct, and friendly).
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

From Gen Z-friendly reels to soul-hitting carousels — this is your playground.
You'll work directly with the Founder and Brand Team to grow our presence and build a community that feels something when they see YEX online.
What You'll Actually Do
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram (mostly), Facebook (ig extended), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Write captions that connect — human, fresh, inspiring, sometimes funny, always on-brand.
- Brainstorm content ideas that fit the YEX vibe and goals (from leadership to culture to behind-the-scenes).
- Help manage the content calendar and track performance.
- Coordinate with designers, or DIY visuals in Canva if needed.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and help build a two-way connection with our community.
- Stay updated on trends and adapt them to fit YEX’s message.
What We’re Looking For
- You get social — what works, what doesn’t, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Strong copywriting skills — your words feel natural, not robotic.
- Canva-friendly (or willing to learn fast), plus basic design sense.
- Eye for trends — not just to follow, but to translate them into our own style.
- Reliable with deadlines. You can plan ahead and execute smoothly.
- Strategic thinking — you know content isn’t just “nice,” it should drive something.

As the Webb Architect, your mission is simple: grow YEX.
You’ll be the one spotting potential partners, reaching out with purpose, and opening doors to real collaborations — schools, companies, sponsors, and more.
What You'll Actually Do
- Research and list down potential partners (local & international schools, youth orgs, brands, etc).
- Create simple decks, proposals, or email templates for outreach.
- Reach out to leads via email, DM, or calls (yep, we’ll guide you on this).
- Help manage our database of contacts — keeping it organized and up-to-date.
- Join partnership meetings with or without the Founder — present, follow up, make a deal.
- Brainstorm new ways to grow YEX through partnerships, collabs, or campus activities.
- Support in building YEX’s reputation through smart and strategic connections.
What We’re Looking For
- You love networking and talking to new people (online or offline).
- Good communicator in both Bahasa and English (especially written).
- Basic understanding of business, marketing, or public relations is a plus.
- Organized and confident — you follow through on tasks.
- Can think creatively when pitching or writing emails (no boring copy-paste).

As the Pathfinder Scout, your mission is to track down sponsorship opportunities and help us connect with the right allies — the brands, the businesses, and the believers.
What You'll Actually Do
- Research companies, brands, and institutions that align with YEX values.
- Build and manage a database of sponsorship leads in Bali (and beyond).
- Draft outreach messages, proposals, and decks (we’ll guide you, no worries).
- Help in sending cold emails, LinkedIn messages, or even DMs.
- Support the Founder in sponsorship meetings — taking notes, following up.
- Track responses and keep things organized so no lead goes cold.
- Brainstorm fresh ideas on what YEX can offer sponsors in return.

- Build strong connections with our interns, alumni, speakers, and community members.
- Organize small engagement moments (games, polls, reminders, check-ins).
- Help plan and manage internal bonding events — even if they're virtual.
- Support participant outreach and communication before & during Ignite Camp.
- Collaborate with the Vibe Alchemist and Webb Architect to align community and content.

- Research youth trends, leadership topics, and market needs in Indonesia & globally.
- Build a competitor analysis for similar camps, programs, and youth orgs.
- Collect and organize participant data, feedback, and behavior insights.
- Support the team with quick, reliable information to make bold decision.
- Track engagement metrics across our platforms (Instagram, website, etc).
- Create clear reports, summaries, or infographics (we’ll guide format).
- Suggest strategic improvements based on insights you find.
What We’re Looking For

What You'll Actually Do
- Track and record all financial activities related to Ignite Camp and other projects.
- Help manage incoming funds (from registration, sponsors, etc.) and outgoing expenses.
- Build and update financial reports with transparency and accuracy.
- Support budget planning for events, operations, and merchandise.
- Manage receipts, invoices, and reimbursement documentation.
- Work closely with the Master of Momentum and Founder on approvals and reporting.
- Help build financial templates that make things smoother for future interns.
What We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented and super organized — especially with numbers.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, or budgeting.
- Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel (bonus: you can use formulas like a wizard).

- Track team attendance, performance progress, and basic HR documentation.
