We’re looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Hong Kong!

This is an incredible, hands-on role perfect for an ambitious young professional or recent graduate eager to build a career in sales, startup growth, and sustainability.

Your Mission

As a Business Development Associate in Hong Kong, you will be on the front lines driving Yindii’s growth. Your main focus will be reaching out to local bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, introducing them to Yindii, and onboarding them onto our marketplace platform.

What You'll Do

Field & Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to target food merchants (cafes, bakeries, restaurants) across Hong Kong through cold calling, email outreach, and field visits.
Merchant Onboarding: Pitch the Yindii platform to local store owners and managers, negotiate partnership terms, and guide them through their initial setup.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales records and manage your lead pipeline using our CRM tools.
Partner Success & Activation: Help newly signed merchants launch successfully on the app and train store staff on how to use Yindii.
Market Insights: Keep an eye on local food trends, gather feedback from merchants, and represent Yindii at local sustainability or F&B networking events.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with international Marketing and Operations teams to ensure local partner launches run smoothly.

Profile

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or customer-facing roles. Recent graduates with strong internship experience in F&B, food delivery, or startups are welcome to apply!
Language: Fluent/Native proficiency in Cantonese and professional working proficiency in English (written & spoken).
Drive & Grit: High energy, resilient, comfortable with cold outreach/field visits, and eager to hit growth targets.
Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator who loves building relationships with store owners and managers.
Passion: Genuine interest in sustainability, food technology, and startup culture.
