Responsibilities

● To support Project Leads in the successful implementation of activities and completion of deliverables, including but not limited to:

○ Review of biweekly team slides and attendance of biweekly team meetings, currently for the 4 areas of focus

○ Ensure Leads maintain program, project, and sub-project timelines and the finalization of agreed deliverables through proactive and preemptive support where necessary

○ Work with Leads to collaboratively problem solve program implementation challenges

● To support Project Leads in the appropriate management of risk, including but not limited to:

○ Provide frameworks and ongoing guidance for risk mapping and assessment

○ Provide support for Project Leads to develop risk mitigation plans

○ Develop contingency plans and implement as necessary based on organizational risks

● To lead the monitoring and reporting of impact, including but not limited to:

○ Collect data from Program Leads from implemented activities

○ Regularly report work progress and impact data to the Managing Director and collaborate with the Marketing Manager for the communication of impact to external stakeholders

● To continuously drive collaborative learning and evaluation of Yunus Thailand’s activities, projects, and programs, including but not limited to:

○ Co-design learning agendas with internal teams to enable iterative improvement in impact delivery

○ To collaborate with Leads to build and operate structures to evaluate the success of Yunus Thailand implemented activities, projects, and programs

○ Collaborate with the Managing Director to inform organizational strategy development based on the evaluation of Yunus Thailand implemented activities, projects, and programs

● Any other tasks which may arise based on organizational needs including but not limited to:

○ Supporting Leads where necessary in attending partner and client coordination and design meetings

○ Providing short term capacity support to programs if gaps emerge

○ Supporting the Managing Director and Project Leads in the development of proposals and pitches

Profile

Qualifications

● Based in Bangkok, Thailand, willing to work at least 3 days per week from the Yunus Thailand Head Office in Phaya Thai District

● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field

● More than 5 years experience in project/program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector and/or social enterprise sector

● Strong understanding of and interest in social business principles and practices

● Strong understanding of monitoring, evaluation and learning principles and practices

● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

● Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

● Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively

● Bilingual fluency in Thai and English with excellent written and oral communication skills

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

● Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Suite.
