➔ Description of the mission

Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination of the seaweed supply chain, managing communication and workflow between producers, manufacturers, and clients.
  • Track product movement, quality, and compliance with agreed standards and documentation requirements.
  • Drive sales of new seaweed products by leading client engagement efforts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with seaweed producers: biweekly progress tracking of community seaweed volumes, in coordination with the Seaweed Officer.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to confirm order details, ensure timely production and delivery, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Track product movement, quality, and compliance with agreed standards and documentation requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by collecting field data, identifying supply chain issues, and proposing practical, timely solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal SSB team to align supply operations with overall project goals and sustainability principles.
  • Report directly to the Seaweed Social Business Lead.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relations and coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain positive professional relationships with producers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong skills in tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
  • Proficient in using communication tools, Excel, Google Forms, and project management apps.
  • Committed to sustainability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
