Description of the mission

Zentide is looking for a highly capable HRGA Manager to build and maintain our most valuable asset and our people. You will be the backbone of our company’s culture and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end HR process, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit interviews.
  2. Oversee end-to-end General Affairs (GA) operations, including company legalities, permits, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  3. Manage office operations, facility maintenance, asset management, and vendor procurement.
  4. Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations to ensure a productive, safe, and positive work environment.
  5. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and division leaders regarding organizational development.

Profile

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in HR and GA management.
  3. Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan & UU Cipta Kerja) and company legal procedures.
  4. Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  6. Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup.
  7. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
  8. Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
