Zentide is looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist Officer to support your HR operations. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and play a vital role in keeping our daily administration seamless.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end recruitment administration, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Process monthly payroll, track employee attendance (clock-in/out), and manage leave/absence records accurately
Handle BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, Training, Employee Performance Review and monthly reporting
Foster employee engagement by assisting in internal events and maintaining a positive work culture
Assist the HRGA Manager and Operational Director

Profile

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in HR administration or as an HR Generalist
Familiarity with payroll processing, BPJS regulations, and basic Indonesian Labor Law
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organisation skills
Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia
