The Corporate Partnerships Officer is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with public sector entities and corporate organisations. This role aims to enhance the organisation’s reach and impact through effective collaboration, coordination, and monitoring of partnership activities. The Corporate Partnerships Officer plays a crucial role in driving the organisation’s mission of promoting zero-waste practices and sustainability by securing and managing vital partnerships.
1. Partnership Development and Corporate Engagement:
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with public sector entities, corporations, and other relevant stakeholders. Lead the pitching of corporate education programs and manage ongoing corporate partnerships.
2. Collaboration, Networking and Communication:
Build and maintain a network of partners, ensuring regular communication and engagement to foster strong relationships. Liaise with funders on any arising issues, changes, and provide regular updates.
3. Monitoring, Reporting & Strategic Planning:
Track and report on the progress and outcomes of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategic partnership plan.
4. Project/Programme Support:
Work closely with project teams to align partnership activities with program objectives and ensure effective implementation.
5. HRDCorp Claimable Course Coordination
Coordinate HRDCorp grant applications and training sessions, including documentation, compliance requirements, and liaison with relevant stakeholders to maximise training fund utilisation.
6. Supervision:
Provide expected deliverables to speakers and facilitators on engagement strategies, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Experienced in proposal development is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership development, corporate engagement, or related roles, preferably within the NGO sector.
3. Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
4. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of partnership management and corporate social responsibility (CSR) trends.

[Must haves] Comfortable with start-up culture (we can be a little messy, but we always help one another out!)
