As part of the Business Development team at Zora Health, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of partners and clients across Asia. This provides opportunities to hone your experience in business development, sales, and relationship building within the healthcare industry. You will work closely with our Global Corporate Partnerships and Sales Manager (who resides in Singapore) to identify leads, initiate contact, and foster relationships with new and existing partners and clients, ultimately driving the growth of our platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospective partners and clients and key decision-makers within target markets.
  • Utilise various tools, databases, and online platforms to compile a comprehensive list of leads.
  • Gather relevant information about potential leads, including contact details, specialities, and practice details.

2. Cold Calling and Email Outreach:

  • Reach out to prospective partners and clients via cold calls and personalised emails to introduce our platform and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform, addressing the needs and pain points of potential partners.
  • Follow up with leads, answer their queries, and provide additional information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Passion for healthcare, revolutionising industries, and/or interest in digital health platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in pursuing leads.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Completed a bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

While this is a position with a flexible start date, candidates who are able to begin earlier will naturally be prioritised. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
