Roles and tasks of the Community Development Officer

Manage community budgets and projects: ensure that community budgets and projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
Create and produce content for the community: create videos, articles, podcasts and any other content required for the community and its growth
Develop partnerships to create a stronger community: create partnerships with other communities and businesses to promote, support and develop the community.

The Community Development Officer must be a leader capable of building relationships, influencing and communicating with community members to encourage them to participate in and contribute to the growth of the community.
