Key Responsibilities
- Creative Audit & Strategy
• Review current ad creative (across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and identify opportunities for improvement or testing.
• Collaborate with our Marketing and Design teams to align on brand voice and performance goals.
- Concept Ideation & Briefing
• Develop strategic creative briefs and guidelines—whether for UGC-style content, influencer collaborations, or direct-response ads.
• Advise on visual hooks, messaging angles, and storytelling frameworks that boost click-through rates and conversions.
- SOP Review & Development
• Assess existing SOPs related to creative production and testing.
• Refine or create new SOPs to ensure the entire content creation process is streamlined, scalable, and rooted in best practices.
- Data-Driven Testing & Iteration
• Propose testing roadmaps—A/B or multivariate—to validate headlines, hooks, visuals, and messaging.
• Analyze performance data (CTR, ROAS, conversions, engagement) to inform creative direction and refine future assets.
- Flexible Engagement Model
• Use ClickUp to track tasks, log hours, and document project statuses.
• Communicate via Slack to coordinate with our internal design, media buying, and marketing teams.
