Description of the mission

Marketing Strategy (60%)

  • Develop and implement ACCESS Sustainability’s marketing and communications strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility across Southeast Asia.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with organisational goals, campaigns, and events.

Social Media Management (40%)

  • Manage ACCESS Sustainability’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and stories highlighting our projects, research, workshops, and impact.
  • Promote workshops, educational programmes, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives.

Profile

Who we are looking for:

  • Passionate about climate action, and creating positive social impact.
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Able to create engaging content, graphics, and short-form videos.
  • Familiar with Canva and basic content creation tools.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and the main spoken language in the country you are based in.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with nonprofits, startups, or youth-led organisations.
  • Basic graphic design, photography, or video editing skills.
  • Understanding of sustainability, environmental issues, or the circular economy.
