We need someone who can:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in various industries, including but not limited to commercial and industrial facilities, hospitality, and retail.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients to pitch our energy savings solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and sales pipeline.
Required Skills:

- Proven B2B Sales Experience:
At least 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the energy or sustainability industry.
Strong understanding of sales cycles and ability to manage long sales processes.
- Problem Solving & Innovation:
Creative thinker with the ability to develop new sales initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Cold Calling & Networking:
Comfortable initiating outreach to prospects and leveraging networks.
- Communication & Presentation Skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills to engage decision-makers.
Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency:
Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ownership & Accountability:
Self-motivated, taking ownership of goals and results.
