KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:

  • Perform in-depth energy audits to analyze current energy consumption and identify opportunities for boosting energy performance in commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for reduction.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and implement energy-saving projects.
  • Provide expert advice on renewable energy technologies and sustainable practices.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of energy efficiency initiatives, tracking savings and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in energy efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff and clients on energy conservation practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
Profile

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Base location: in Ho Chi Minh City or in Hanoi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in energy efficiency consulting, auditing, or management.
  • Proficiency in energy analysis software and data management tools.
  • Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, lighting, energy management systems and building automation
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency standards, regulations, and certification programs (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar credential is a plus.
