KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:

Perform in-depth energy audits to analyze current energy consumption and identify opportunities for boosting energy performance in commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and strategies tailored to client needs.
Analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for reduction.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and implement energy-saving projects.
Provide expert advice on renewable energy technologies and sustainable practices.
Monitor and report on the performance of energy efficiency initiatives, tracking savings and improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in energy efficiency.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff and clients on energy conservation practices.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Base location: in Ho Chi Minh City or in Hanoi
Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in energy efficiency consulting, auditing, or management.
Proficiency in energy analysis software and data management tools.
Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, lighting, energy management systems and building automation
Familiarity with energy efficiency standards, regulations, and certification programs (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar credential is a plus.
