Your Responsibilities
- Adopt a hands-on role in the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will be driving the definition of role requirements, identifying the most appropriate recruitment channels, screening / interviewing / assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and offer acceptance.
- This includes delivering a superior experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the cycle.
- You will keep abreast of market trends in assigned geography and utilize these knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Leverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (direct search, social media, recruitment agencies etc.) and run targeted sourcing strategies for niche roles or in challenging talent markets.
- You will support the deployment of the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at a local level in order to increase brand awareness in the local job market and position ADM as an employer of choice
- Ensure process adherence and roll out initiatives to drive process consistency and recruitment compliance
- Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring process
- Represent company at on-campus and virtual recruiting events and job fairs
- Work internally with other Talent Acquisition team members to share knowledge, best practices and resources
