We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team at Angkor Green Company. The successful candidate will lead our sales team, develop strategic plans to boost sales, and enhance customer satisfaction in the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts including marts, stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Use sales data to analyze and forecast sales trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with a focus on food products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
