Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Officer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Senior Recruitment Officer will oversee the recruitment process by developing job descriptions, sourcing and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Senior Recruitment Officer will play a critical role in refining recruitment initiatives and recommending innovative approaches to achieve organizational hiring goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Job Description Development, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment
Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Experience in developing strategic recruitment plans and fostering an inclusive hiring process
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience working in agriculture or a related industry is an advantage
Fluency in English; proficiency in Khmer is an added benefit
