Responsibilities

● Program Support (40%)

○ Assist in managing AEP’s programs, ensuring strategic alignment with our

mission.

○ Oversee operations, logistics, and other activities, keeping programs within

scope and budget.

● Compliance and Reporting (30%)

○ Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and organizational policies.

○ Prepare management reports and assist in the development of organizational

policies and systems.

● Basic Bookkeeping (20%)

○ Manage and replenish the Organization's Petty Cash Fund.

○ Record invoices and payments diligently to maintain accurate financial

records.

● Team Coordination (10%)

○ Foster a collaborative environment, coordinating with team members on

various projects.

○ Ensure effective communication within the team, attending and documenting meetings as required.

Details

● Terms of employment: 6-month contract, subject to regularization

● Benefits: Statutory mandated benefits, flexible schedule, hybrid work setup

● Work setup: Hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least once a week.

● Full-time: 40 hrs per week with a salary range of Php 30,000 to Php 35,000 gross pay,

based on experience.

Profile

About You

● 3+ years experience in managing development projects or in admin or accounting or

related field

● A flexible and dynamic professional who excels in a hybrid work setup

● Proficient in project management with a knack for keeping projects on track and

within budget, ensuring it aligns with AEP’s mission and vision

● Familiarity with the accounting process, such as recording invoices and managing

petty cash

● Experienced in compliance, adept at understanding and adhering to regulations and

policies

● Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in both leadership and

collaborative roles

● Proficient in Google Workspace and Monday.com

● Experience in Netsuite is a plus

● Resides within Mandaluyong, Pasig, Quezon City, or Makati, with the capability to

perform legwork when necessary

● Interested in using your skills to help the farmed animals in the Philippines

● Problem Solver: finds effective solutions and can address challenges faced related to the role
