
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across targeted industries.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
2. Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and partnership development plans.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
3. Sales Execution
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Customize proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions within company guidelines.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and payment collection.
- Track sales activities in CRM and prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Provide insights to management on market opportunities and customer feedback.
