Requirements:
✔️ Must be Indonesian and 18+ years old
✔️ Willing to relocate to Kabanjahe & live in gender-separated dorms
✔️ Conversational English (Bahasa Inggris) – must be able to communicate with international team members
✔️ Committed, adaptable, and ready for an adventure
✔️ Passionate about education, conservation, or health & fitness
