🔍 The Role

We’re looking for a Corporate Development Manager / Assistant Manager in Vietnam to drive our growth through M&A, debt raising, and strategic partnerships, working closely with senior leadership, investors, lenders, and partners.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support M&A transactions: analysis, valuation, due diligence, and execution

- Support corporate & project-level debt financing, engaging with banks and lenders

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with C&I corporates, developers, EPCs, utilities, and technology providers

- Secure a pipeline of greenfield RTS, energy efficiency, and storage projects

- Represent August Mega Energy at renewable energy & sustainability events

Profile

✅ Requirements

- 3–8 years in corporate development, investment banking, project finance, or infrastructure investing

- Strong experience in renewable energy (solar, storage, energy efficiency, DPPA)

- Exposure to M&A, debt raising, or project finance

- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills

- Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese
