About The Role
The E-Commerce assistant manager will manage and enhance BayWa’s webshop, contributing directly to sales growth through effective online platform management. This role requires a hands-on approach to leading the webshop development, collaborating with technical teams, and aligning operations with HQ standards to ensure a seamless and efficient e-commerce experience for customers across Thailand and Southeast Asia (SEA).
The position will be based in Bangkok Office, Thailand.
What You Will Do
- Contributes to driving sales revenue through BayWa’s webshop ( online platform).
- Takes lead the team in improving and developing our webshop to ensure it is user-friendly and convenient for customers.
- Serves as the main contact for internal collaboration with the IT technical (NetSuite and Webshop) to each department for NetSuite and Webshop related.
- Supports the internal process to be more optimization and more professional for Thailand and countries in SEA region
- Aligns with HQ to follow the standard if there is any support needed on the webshop.
- Understands the customers behavior from Global to local on the e-commerce platform
- Keeps the webshop update time to time on the technical and pricing relates
- Works closely with marketing team for the campaign and marketing promotions and sales via our webshop.
- Takes care of the customer purchase from on-line platform.
- Bring the value to the online platform to encourage the customer to purchase from online.
