About Biji-biji Initiative

Since 2013, Biji-biji has been redefining how businesses drive sustainability — through creativity, technology, and education. From ethical fashion to digital skills training, we've built an ecosystem that empowers changemakers across Malaysia and ASEAN. We've partnered with various organisations over the years to democratize access to tech and education. Our mission? To build the leaders, organizations, and solutions the region needs for sustainable development.

What You'll Do

Drive corporate sales and business development — identify potential clients, build pipelines, pitch our training programmes, and close deals with corporates, foundations, and government agencies
Develop tailored training proposals — understand client needs and position our capacity-building offerings to solve their organizational challenges
Manage client relationships — serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals
Oversee programme delivery — coordinate with internal teams to ensure training programmes are executed on time, on budget, and meet client expectations
Track performance and communicate results — monitor programme KPIs, gather client feedback, and report outcomes to demonstrate impact and ROI

Profile

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or business development
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals with corporate clients
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills — you know how to pitch and close
Excellent communication abilities — both written and verbal
Understanding of training programme delivery and client management
Passion for social impact, corporate sustainability, or education/skills development
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
