- Grade and evaluate part time and full time teachers during the interview Develop, conduct, and review the onboarding SOP for teachers
- Trainer Acquiring
- Maintain teacher grading document profile database
- Develop and conduct monitoring SOP to ensure the teaching quality
- Develop teacher training plan in coordination with the course managers
- Evaluate performance of teachers based on the teacher performance metric
- Develop and conduct intervention and penalty system for any teacher misconduct
- Work together with student service to solve problem regarding teachers and classrooms
- Assign classes for both part time and full time teachers for all courses
