Our Mission
Our mission is to bridge the sustainability gap, leveraging technology to replace complexity with clarity and give entrepreneurs a trustworthy path forward. We are looking for an analytical and driven Researcher to join our team for a 12–18 months research period to help SMEs in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) navigate their ESG journeys and support our mission across the region.
Your Target
As an ESG Researcher, you will focus on identifying critical ESG data gaps and driving the development of automated ESG reporting solutions tailored for SMEs. By leveraging our in-house software, you will transform complex regional compliance requirements into seamless, accessible tools, effectively removing the ambiguity that GBA entrepreneurs face today.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify ESG Gaps: Research and analyze the specific sustainability challenges, data gaps, and pain points faced by SMEs and entrepreneurs in the GBA.
- Automated Reporting Development: Collaborate with the tech team to design, test, and refine software features that automate the ESG reporting process for resource-constrained businesses.
- Hub Creation & Curation: Assist in building a trustworthy repository of affordable, verified ESG solutions within our Hub framework.
- Framework Simplification: Translate dense regulatory requirements (HKEX, GBA regional guidelines) into clear, actionable, and logical workflows within our software.
- Market Insights: Keep track of evolving green finance, climate risks, and ESG trends to ensure our automated solutions remain relevant, compliant, and cost-effective.
