➔ Description of the mission

The Caucus of Development NGO Networks (CODE-NGO), the largest coalition of civil society networks in the Philippines working for good governance, social accountability, and inclusive development, is seeking a highly qualified and mission-driven Executive Director (ED) to lead the organization.

The Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership to the coalition, strengthen the Secretariat, uphold fiduciary responsibility over organizational resources, and mobilize the national network toward collective advocacy and development goals.

Key Qualifications:

1. Proven leadership in civil society and network management

2. Strong background in governance, policy advocacy, and development work

3. Excellent resource mobilization, communication, and representation skills

4. Financial management and fiduciary responsibility

5. Leadership and organizational rebuilding capacity
