Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with partners and stakeholders through active engagements.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination and execution of physical events for Hair for Hope 2026 with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and operational duties effectively and efficiently, which may include and not limited to preparation of event briefs, memorandum of agreements, procurement, logistical and data management.
- To deliver exceptional customer service experience throughout the stakeholders’ journey, offering recommendations, addressing stakeholders’ inquiries and concerns from multiple communication platforms.
- To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to the role.
