Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with partners and stakeholders through active engagements.
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination and execution of physical events for Hair for Hope 2026 with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational duties effectively and efficiently, which may include and not limited to preparation of event briefs, memorandum of agreements, procurement, logistical and data management.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service experience throughout the stakeholders’ journey, offering recommendations, addressing stakeholders’ inquiries and concerns from multiple communication platforms.
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to the role.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in Business, Marketing or Events Management.
  • Past Experience in Customer Service will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and preferably another language including Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or any other dialect commonly used in Singapore.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Malay/Tamil to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Malay/Tamil-speaking clients.
  • May be required to work on weekends (time-off will be granted for official duties after office hours).
  • A commitment of at least a minimum of three months till September 2026.
  • A pleasant disposition and alignment with CCF’s Vison and Mission.
