About the role
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team in planning and delivering impactful programmes for children and youth. This role blends programme management, research, and evaluation, with opportunities to shape meaningful initiatives in enrichment, health, and holistic development.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage key programmes, including Reach for the Stars (Enrichment), FRESH, and SPEED
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution
- Liaise with vendors, enrichment partners, volunteers, and donors
- Ensure smooth operations and positive programme experiences
- Support the lead staff in planning and running non-academic programmes such as Learning Journeys, Life Skills Workshops, Celebrations & Holiday Activities
- Assist with programme design, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programmes (FRESH, SPEED and Reach for the Stars)
- Develop and track KPIs and outcome metrics
- Analyse feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare reports and insights for management and board updates
