➔ Description of the mission

  • Collaborate with writers, editors, and relevant team members.
  • Research trends and monitor current issues (local and global) to create timely, relevant content aligned with target audiences.
  • Develop monthly Editorial Plans, including visual concepts and storytelling, for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Adapt language and tone to fit each social media platform.
  • Edit videos and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, and VN.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and algorithms using available tools.
  • Plan strategies to boost content performance, including implementing social media ads.
  • Prepare monthly reports and reviews of content outcomes.

➔ Profile

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (S-1) in design, communications, public relations, or related fields.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in content production for social media (portfolio required)
  • Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and managing information related to social, political, economic, cultural, and environmental developments—past, present, and potential future.
  • Able to identify and respond to current issues or trends relevant to the organization’s mission and translate them into engaging and educational content.
  • Familiar with and understands the dynamics of social media algorithms on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Creative, open-minded, and comfortable being on camera for content needs.
  • Able to collaborate with various divisions for content development.
  • Proficient in using the internet, email, and cloud drive systems.
  • Willing to travel to areas where the organization operates.
