ABOUT THE ROLE :
Responsible to develop and execute the program to improve the technical competence and establish confidence in the product value positioning of the DG and Sales Frontliners for new products launch and the differentiated products, enabling the Frontliners to effectively execute DG activities and Channel Activation. Leads internal on-boarding activities (content creation, training sessions) with new commercial resources to ensure they have adequate product knowledge and understand clear product positioning.
Supports the Country commercial team in the development/enhancement of DG protocol for new products launch and the differentiated products and in ensuring preparedness & readiness for product launch.
The CTS role is for F&V and will have an allocation of contractor resources determined based on program & budget.
