Tugas Utama

• Melakukan literature review dan analisis isu secara sistematis sesuai tema:

o Gender, Climate Justice, and Intersectionality

o Climate–Peace–Security Nexus

o Indigenous Knowledge, Epistemologies, and Sustainability

o Indigenous Governance and Just Transitions

o Food Sovereignty and Environmental Justice

o Health, Wellbeing, and Indigenous Practices

• Membantu penyusunan proposal hibah proyek.

• Peer feedback harian: memberi dan menerima masukan atas tulisan rekannya.

• Menyusun dan mengirim laporan kerja harian (5 hari kerja) melalui grup WhatsApp.

• Mendukung tugas administratif dan koordinasi tim sesuai kebutuhan organisasi

Profile

Kualifikasi

• Minimal S1 (Ilmu Sosial & Politik, Lingkungan, Sosiologi, Antropologi, Kebijakan Publik,

Hubungan Internasional, atau bidang relevan lainnya)

• Memiliki pengalaman dalam riset akademik (literature review, analisis data, dan penulisan laporan ilmiah), berperspektif dekolonial serta berfokus pada topik yang relevan dengan tema penelitian organisasi.

• Mampu bekerja mandiri dengan supervisi minimal, dan disiplin waktu.

• Catatan: Pada rekrutmen sebelumnya, ±46% pelamar merupakan lulusan S2.
