Senior Packaging Sourcing Specialist

Food, Luxury & Retail Packaging

An experienced sourcing professional who will identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and develop packaging factories and suppliers across Vietnam, China, and other sourcing markets.We are looking for candidates seeking a stable, long-term career within an international and growing company.

Key responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new factories in Vietnam, China, and other sourcing markets
Source food, luxury, and retail packaging solutions
Request and compare quotations, specifications, MOQs, and lead times
Negotiate prices and commercial conditions with factories
Develop samples and follow new product development
Verify materials, technical specifications, certifications, and compliance documents
Monitor supplier reliability, quality, and production feasibility
Maintain structured sourcing reports and supplier databases
Work closely with our procurement, quality, logistics, and sales teams

Profile

Profile required

Minimum two to three years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, procurement, or merchandising
Packaging industry experience is strongly preferred
Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and comfortable working with technical specifications
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proactive, adaptable, well-organized, and results-driven
Stable professional background and an interest in growing with the company
Mandarin Chinese would be a strong advantage
