Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will oversee Earthside Farms’ presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube and others. This role involves creating engaging content, building a loyal online community, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who is creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a passion for healthy food and connecting with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Earthside Farms’ brand voice and goals.
- Create and manage the social media calendar.
- Create briefs and work with our in-house designer for social media content assets.
- Collaborate with designers, influencers, and other creatives to generate high-quality content.
Community Engagement:
- Build and grow a community around the brand.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags.
- Build relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and industry partners to amplify brand visibility.
Campaign Management:
- Run targeted social media campaigns to drive product awareness, website traffic, and sales.
- Engage with creators on platforms to drive awareness of the brand.
- Manage and optimize paid social ads with a focus on ROI.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to evaluate performance and inform strategy improvements.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to grow the audience and increase engagement.
Collaboration & Brand Representation:
- Partner with the marketing and product teams to align content with promotions, new product launches, and campaigns.
- Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep Earthside Farms ahead of the curve.
