Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of BESS solutions across Vietnam.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy and utility sectors, with a focus on large-scale BESS projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, IPPs (Independent Power Producers), developers, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Market Expansion & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Develop market entry strategies for new regions within Vietnam, considering local regulations and market conditions.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and project delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and improvement.

Project Support:

  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of BESS projects.
  • Support the commercial and technical aspects of project bidding and contract negotiations.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or project development, preferably within the renewable energy or energy storage sectors.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value contracts and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy market in Vietnam, particularly in relation to BESS and utility-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within Vietnam and internationally as needed.
