Role Description:
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, high-agency Operations Associate to support our sales team and keep our quoting, ordering, and shipping processes running smoothly. You’ll work directly with our production partners, who operate like an extension of our team, to gather quotes, manage timelines, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This isn’t a role for someone who needs constant oversight. You’ll take ownership, move fast, and notice the little things before they become big problems. You’ll also work closely with our Head of Supply Chain and play a key role in helping our growing team stay on track.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production partners to gather quotes, pricing, and lead times
- Manage and track order details (pricing, specs, production timelines, delivery status)
- Identify and escalate any potential risks or timeline issues
- Support the sales team with quote follow-ups, documentation, and fulfillment steps
- Jump in on overflow tasks and support operations as needed
