Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of program activities to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct evaluations and prepare reports to showcase program performance and improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with government agencies, private sector organizations, community leaders, and international bodies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions for inclusive and resilient development.
  • Represent the program at stakeholder meetings, forums, and conferences.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization’s vision for inclusivity and resilience.
  • Coordinate research and assessments to identify emerging trends and needs in the field.
  • Ensure program strategies integrate best practices in urban development and social inclusion.

Communication and Advocacy

  • Lead the creation and dissemination of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and outreach campaigns.
  • Advocate for inclusive and resilient development practices to diverse audiences.
  • Act as the program’s spokesperson, building awareness and support for its initiatives.
Profile

Qualifications

  • University or Advanced degree in Urban Planning, Management, Architecture, Construction, Environmental Management, Social Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program management, partnership development, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of inclusivity, resilience, and sustainable development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with frameworks for resilience and inclusive development.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural contexts or with international stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
