Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage ENV work plans, projects, and campaigns/activities: Coordinate with ENV departments to implement approved activities, incorporating insights from successful international conservation models.
  • Monitor and assess program effectiveness: Assist the management board in evaluating frameworks to measure the impact of ENV’s wildlife protection initiatives, integrating global best practices in monitoring and assessment to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Capacity Building: Support staff development and refine organizational strategies
  • Fundraising & Donor Relations: Expand ENV’s donor base, develop grant proposals, and engage with international donors and partners.
  • Financial and budgetary management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and ensure the appropriate expenditure of project funds throughout the project periods.
  • Editing: Edit and refine English-language reports, proposals, newsletters, and other key documents.
  • Reporting: Produce internal reports, work plans, donor reports, individual donor reports, and other written outputs based on the outcome of various ENV campaign activities

  • University degree required.
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; editing experience preferred.
  • Experienced in managing projects and fundraising
  • Strong report writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
  • Diplomatic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a valid visa with the ability to renew it
