KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Programme Management
- Work closely with the programmes lead on the planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes.
- Oversee curriculum development and lesson preparation of learning materials and resources for the signature programme.
- Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for scaling.
- Implement processes to enhance programme quality, effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Analyse trends, community needs and service gaps to inform programme and partnership strategies.
2. Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, social service agencies, ground-up initiatives, community organisations and educational institutions that are aligned with the charity’s mission and goals.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners through regular communication, meetings, networking events.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments within the charity to align volunteer and partnership activities with organizational priorities and objectives.
- Support the communications team by providing inputs/ information that can help promote volunteer opportunities, partnership achievements and impact stories through various channels, including social media, newsletters and press releases.
4. Reporting and Evaluation:
- Collect and analyze data related to programme impact metrics
- Conduct evaluations and feedback sessions with volunteers and partners to gather insights and identify opportunities for enhancement.
