KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Programme Management

  • Work closely with the programmes lead on the planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes.
  • Oversee curriculum development and lesson preparation of learning materials and resources for the signature programme.
  • Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for scaling.
  • Implement processes to enhance programme quality, effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Analyse trends, community needs and service gaps to inform programme and partnership strategies.

2. Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, social service agencies, ground-up initiatives, community organisations and educational institutions that are aligned with the charity’s mission and goals.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners through regular communication, meetings, networking events.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments within the charity to align volunteer and partnership activities with organizational priorities and objectives.
  • Support the communications team by providing inputs/ information that can help promote volunteer opportunities, partnership achievements and impact stories through various channels, including social media, newsletters and press releases.

4. Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Collect and analyze data related to programme impact metrics
  • Conduct evaluations and feedback sessions with volunteers and partners to gather insights and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Profile

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Early childhood qualification is required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of social service setting or non-profit sector

  • A team player who can collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and pro-active in approaching initiatives to deepen impact of programmes and to make a meaningful difference to the community
  • Able to think strategically as well as execute, and transfer knowledge and best practices
  • Self-motivated to work independently/ collaboratively with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse group of people
  • Strong sense of integrity and ethical responsibility
