Role Description
In general, this role will be responsible to:
- Seek and approach active farmers of selected crops for contract farming projects
- Assist the contract farmers to understand about the benefit of contract farming
- Control and monitor the expense budget in every contract farming project
- Achieve the yield and profit target set in every contract farming project
- Generate reports and present findings to management, and or other interested parties
