About the Role

The role focuses on diagnosing and solving grower issues, providing technical support, and promoting our crop-health solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to vegetable and orchard growers.
Diagnose agronomic issues related to nutrition, soil health, pest, and disease.
Recommend appropriate fertilizer, bio-stimulant, and bio-fertilizer programs.
Conduct field trials and demonstrate product performance.
Deliver grower training, field days, and technical presentations.
Collect field data and report market insights to the team.

Profile

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
Diploma or Degree in Science, biology or related field.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with orchard crop production in planation environments.
Strong problem-solving ability in crop management.
Good communication with customer preference language and grower-engagement skills.
Willing to travel within nearby areas.
